As diverse as flowers

At Falcon Farms Flores Isabelita, we have been driving an inclusive employment strategy for over nine years, guided by our motto “as diverse as flowers.”

Since 2021, in partnership with UAI (Integral Care Unit), an organization that supports the inclusion and development of people with cognitive and intellectual disabilities, we have welcomed neurodiverse talent into our team.

Last week, we welcomed a new group joining us for the Mother’s Day season… and hopefully for many seasons to come.

Because diversity helps our purpose grow.

The Sound of Inclusion

During our Rooted in Purpose experience, there was also a moment to celebrate with joy, music, and vibrant energy, thanks to our “papayera” band (a traditional Colombian brass band known for its lively, festive music) made up of neurodiverse talent.

They are part of a UAI (Integral Care Unit) group and proudly serve as brand ambassadors, bringing rhythm, culture, and heart to this special experience.
