This is my message of appreciation. I am still looking for the words to describe how grateful I am. One of my dreams just came true. Since the beginning of my journey with Falcon Farms, I wanted to go to Colombia and experience the process, the origin, the roots.

I wanted to connect with the vision on soil. I know these were greenhouses and the bouquet facility, but the people are also the soil that the vision takes root in to grow and bloom. This was everything to me, overwhelmingly. I’m still captivated by this trip.

The hospitality we were given was incredible. It was clear you all put so much intention into this experience. We all came together beautifully. I could go on, but I want to share what this trip confirmed for me:

In life, we are ever-learning. This journey requires grace to grow and thrive.

Riches is the freedom to do and have just about anything. Wealth is encompassing of your health; beyond physical, it’s mental, emotional, spiritual, and relational wellbeing.

Falcon Farms is both rich and wealthy thanks to you all.

Rich in heritage: the freedom to grow, accomplish, and share this experience.

Wealth in journey: the acquisition of a lifelong success through passion, commitment, endurance, patience, and continuity.

The experience is also who you share it with. I told everyone I spoke with that Rooted in Purpose is so beautiful and powerful because of who shared this experience with us.

Falcon Farms changed my life. I am blessed to share experiences with this team; I am ever-thankful.

With how rapidly beautiful my journey here unfolds, I continue to wonder: how could this get any better? Is there more to this journey?
