West Coast Training: Back to the basics, growing with purpose
On Thursday, April 16th, we held a training session on the West Coast focused on standardizing processes and strengthening our service across all clients.
This session allowed us to ensure quality, reinforce safety, and align expectations, while also sharing feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
We also strengthened what matters most: our team connections, our knowledge, and a culture rooted in customer focus. A special thank you to the training team, whose work is key to the growth of our teams.
