Costco Summit 2026

Our Costco Field Supervisor Team came together in Phoenix for the 2026 Costco Summit to review results, share experiences, and identify opportunities to continue growing together.

Under Marjolyn leadership, the team continues to strengthen execution and our partnership with Costco. The Summit also provided a space to reflect on Falcon Farms’ growth and for each team member to share their results, challenges, and opportunities.

During Chrysanthemum Week, our Falcon Farms team explored the latest innovations, new genetics, and emerging trends shaping the floral industry.
